Job Details

Boston Children’s Hospital seeks BC/BE pediatricians for our network site, Southcoast Health System in Fall River and New Bedford, Massachusetts.  
  • Newborn Hospitalist – provide coverage of Southcoast’s Level II Special Care Nurseries.  Southcoast Health System is a recipient of Healthgrades Maternity Care Excellence Award.
This physician opportunity offers:
  • A lifestyle advantage of in-house hospital coverage only
  • A mix of day, night and weekend shifts (negotiable full-time schedules between 28-40 hours / week)
  • Access to Boston Children’s Hospital in-service learning and recertification opportunities, conferences, quality assurance projects, etc.
  • Boston Children's Hospital's competitive compensation package to include 4 weeks of vacation and 1 week of CME
Southcoast Health System's three hospitals are located about 1 hour south of Boston and 30 minutes from each other.
