Northeast Washington Alliance Counseling Services (NEWACS) provides outpatient behavioral health care (mental health, substance use disorder, employment) in three rural northeast Washington counties (Stevens, Ferry, and Lincoln). NEWACS also operates a 16-bed adult mental health evaluation and treatment facility in Colville (Stevens County). NEWACS and its workforce provide a full range of services designed from the perspective of hope, recovery and resiliency.
