- Strictly outpatient practice, but may follow patients in hospital if desire
- Replacing a retiring physician'
- Primarily work out of Middletown office
- Clinic hours 8am to 8pm, Mon through Thurs; 8am to 5pm Fri; 8am to 11pm on Sat
- Nursing home and home health work included
