Medical Director, Conway Hospital, Conway, SC

Leadership Opportunity for a Medical Director to join our Hospital Medicine team full-time at Conway Hospital in Conway, South Carolina. This position works clinical and administrative hours and will closely with our division leadership, vice president of operations, and regional medical director. Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting with recruitment and interviewing of all program staff, developing and maintaining positive rapport with hospital administration and board members, participation in the hospital's performance improvement activities, and regular meetings with nursing, hospital administration, and directors of ancillary departments that support the work of the Hospital Medicine program. Qualifications include BC in Internal Medicine, excellent communication skills, hospital medicine leadership experience, and ability to spend sufficient time at the hospital outside of clinical hours to fulfill administrative duties.
