CHC, the largest refugee health assessment site in Massachusetts has a nascent behavioral health program, is a teaching site for medical, NP, and PA students, community outreach, nutrition and exercise programs, NIH funded Health Literacy grant, MTM pharmacist, care coordination team with eight CHWs, and many other projects.
