Due to a growing need for pediatric expertise within this area of care, University of South Florida is expanding their Child Abuse Pediatrics team. Additional pediatricians are needed as child abuse specialists to provide direct consultation and coordination with other community physicians and health care workers in evaluating and managing suspected cases of child maltreatment. Highlights of this opportunity include:
  • Medical Director position available - establishing future CAP fellowship with USF
  • Join existing team of physicians and specialized team of nurses, social workers and staff
  • Affiliation with University of South Florida/Morsani College of Medicine - faculty appointment available

  • Provide both outpatient care and inpatient consultation/assessment
  • Opportunity for teaching and research within this growing field of pediatric care
