FAMILY PRACTICE PHYSICIAN, INTERNIST

Expanding Goshen, NY medical practice with many centers of specialization seeks a Family Practice Physician or Internal Medicine Physician to help us with our growing out-patient only clientele. 2015 Residents welcome to apply!

This is a growth position with the right person moving into a partnership opportunity within two to three years. You will enjoy a salary of $175,000+ as well as:

In order to be considered, you must be Board Certified, have a current unrestricted NY state Physician’s license, current DEA number, and a valid BLS certification. You will be working at one of the largest medical practices in the region, with centers of specialization in women's health, gastroenterology, cardiology, nephrology, surgery, and pulmonology.

Your Professional Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing consultations by examining patients; reviewing medical records, reports, and logs; researching information; developing conclusions and care recommendations
  • Providing quality assurance services by prescreening cases requiring review by the quality assurance committee.
  • Adhering to professional standards, practice policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements, and JCAHO standards.
  • Maintaining updated medical knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
