Examine, treat, and diagnose adult male and female patients with medical conditions associated with diseases involving the endocrine system (hormones). Consult with patients to determine the appropriate course of treatment and recommend and order tests to determine the extent of the illness or help diagnose the condition. Consolidate all outpatient Diabetes/Endocrinology services into one centralized location. Provide call coverage on evenings and weekends consistent with other employed physicians providing Endocrinology services.
1. Doctor of Medicine Degree or its foreign equivalent;
2. A current and valid Physician License from the State of Indiana;
3. Completion of a three (3) year residency in Internal Medicine, a two (2) year fellowship in Endocrinology, and Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology; and
4. Must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
