Two Positions/One Company: 

1. Our clinic in Willits is looking for a primary care provider to see patients of all ages! Open to: FP, IM/Peds, or Psych/FP.
2. Our clinic in Lakeport is looking for a primary care provider to see adult patients only. Addiction specialty/focus a plus.
3. Both clinics are looking for a provider who loves their work, enjoys teaching NP/PAs, and has a great sense of humor.

Live Rural:  2.5 hours north of San Francisco. 2.5 hours north-west of Sacramento. Clean air. Rural landscape includes: Vineyards, rolling hills, redwood forests, numerous lakes, and the Pacific Ocean an hour away.

Enjoy Flexibility: Permanent (preferred) or long term locum, part-time or full-time (3-5 days a week), no hospital call, clinic phone call (1:5).

Appreciate Loan Repayment and Retention Bonus: Permanent providers may apply for student loan repayment through the National Health Service Corps  (HPSA score=15). New providers will receive a retention bonus of up to $20,000.
