Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group, Department of Otolaryngology, is seeking applications for a 4th fellowship trained Pediatric Otolaryngologist to join the department at the Assistant/Associate Professor level.  The Department of Otolaryngology currently employs three Board certified, fellowship-trained Pediatric Otolaryngologists covering all aspects of Pediatric Otolaryngology. With a surrounding population of over 4 million, Loma Linda University Medical Center in the largest tertiary hospital serving San Bernardino and Riverside Counties in southern California.

The LLU Children’s Hospital is a Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center for the region and renowned for world class innovative pediatric cardiac surgery, as well as all aspects of specialized pediatric care by fellowship-trained sub-specialists. The Children’s Hospital has 38 PICU and 72 NICU beds, with a total of 274 pediatric beds. The successful applicant would join a busy Pediatric Otolaryngology practice and participate in the direct education of the Department’s 14 residents, as well as rotating pediatric and family practice residents, and medical students. Clinical and academic research opportunities are encouraged with support for presentations at national and international conferences and meetings.

Loma Linda is located between Los Angeles and Palm Springs, nestled at the foot of the San Bernardino Mountains. We have convenient access to beach cities, skiing, hiking, and many outdoor activities year round due to the pleasant sunny climate. There are many excellent private and public school systems available.

Position Requirements: 1. Board certification/eligible MD or DO in Otolaryngology/HNS. 2. California Medical License or eligible for CA Medical License. 3. Eligible to work within the United States. 4. Completion of Pediatric Otolaryngology fellowship prior to commencement of position.
