Barton Associates has a client looking for a locum tenens hospitalist for 10 days of coverage in New Hampshire in December. The client is looking for a board certified or board eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine provider with ACLS & BLS. The provider would work in the hospital for 8 hours per day, 8am-4pm, and take nightly call. Nightly call is usually a few calls around early evening and very rarely will be called past midnight. The client mentioned only have 3-4 calls past midnight in a 6-month period. Patient volume varies from 12-15 per day and experience with intubation, chest tubes and vent management is required.
