RENAL DIVISION SEEKS PHYSICIAN SCIENTISTS, INSTRUCTOR LEVEL

The successful candidate for each position will have MD or MD, PhD degrees, proven teaching ability, strong clinical nephrology skills, ability to build a strong research program, and scholarly achievement. Position 1: A background in basic science and advanced experience in diabetes and blood pressure research including endothelial function, renin-angiotensin and glucose clamp studies. Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. Position 2: Advanced experience in stem cells and kidney aging with particular interest in sirtuins and related molecules.
