Orange Regional Medical Group is a multispecialty group founded by Orange Regional Medical Center and a part of the Greater Hudson Valley Health System. We are seeking a motivated Infectious Disease Physician to join our rapidly growing ID department. This full-time position comprises a 100% Infectious Diseases case load with an emphasis on inpatient clinical work and opportunities for teaching the medical students and the Internal Medicine residents of Touro College of Medicine. 

Orange Regional Medical Center is a newly built 383-bed facility in Orange County, NY offering a broad range of medical and surgical subspecialties, including a trauma center and a 40-bed Intensive Care Unit. The Hospitalists are Medical Group employees. The Infectious Diseases department manages a busy inpatient service, rapidly growing outpatient clinic, infusion center, the hospital infection control program, and antimicrobial stewardship.

We are located in one of the fastest growing bedroom communities in the NY Metropolitan area, an hour away from New York City. The Hudson River Valley is a cultural hub with many colleges, outdoor activities, and family friendly fun. Orange Regional Medical Center is 12 miles from Woodbury Common Premium Outlets and 20 miles from Stewart International Airport.

Candidates are required to provide on-call and weekend coverage as needed and when scheduled. Job requirements include being a graduate of an accredited MD or DO program, obtaining a NYS License, a valid DEA registration, having a current BLS Certification with ACLS Certification preferred, be Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Board Certified or Current Board Eligible in Infectious Disease within 60 months of completion of Fellowship.
