The applicant should be clinically active in Endocrinology with American Board of Endocrinology and Metabolism certification or foreign equivalent qualification. The Division at UW has a long tradition of excellence in basic and clinical research, education, and patient care. We seek an MD or MD/PhD-trained (or foreign equivalent) individual with vision and a history of excellence in clinical work, scholarship (including research), administration, education, and mentorship to lead all Division activities. The ideal candidate would have an established track record of extramural funding and publications in clinical, outcomes, or basic research.

Appointment to the full-time faculty (12-month, multi-year appointment) would be at the rank of Associate (0102, 0112) or Full Professor (0101, 0111), with tenure, or without tenure due to funding (WOT), commensurate with qualifications.
