DISEASE TEAM LEADERS, HEMATOLOGY, GASTROINTESTINAL, BREAST PROGRAMS

The University of Arizona Cancer Center (UACC) has joined forces with Dignity Health St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center (SJHMC) to develop an exciting multidisciplinary oncology program in a new, state-of-the-art 210,000 sq ft building on the University of Arizona Phoenix Biomedical Campus. Section leaders are being recruited for the hematologic, gastrointestinal, and breast programs. Candidates should be board certified and have a strong background in clinical research and delivering direct patient care, outreach to the community, and faculty and student education. All Cancer Center physicians will have a University of Arizona appointment and be employed by Dignity Health. The University of Arizona Cancer Center has four strong research programs, cancer biology, imaging, drug discovery, and prevention and control, and ten shared resources including a tumor bank, biostatistics, and clinical trials.
