Marshfield Clinic is overseen by an 11-member physician Board of Directors and a physician executive director. Marshfield Clinic-Eau Claire Center is seeking a third Endocrinologist. The practice is 100% endocrinology in a multispecialty setting that provides an excellent referral network and support staff. Outreach (two days per month) is an expectation of this position. Call is 1:3. Hospitalists manage admissions and inpatient care at nearby Sacred Heart Hospital.

Compensation and Benefits

* Two-year guaranteed salary, then production-based

* Four weeks’ vacation to start; two weeks CME

Eau Claire is located in western Wisconsin; the city has a population of 65,000 and the metro area 160,000+. It is a regional center for health care, shopping, business, education, and government and home to the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and Chippewa Valley Technical College, as well as excellent public and private K-12 schools. Recreation for all seasons is close by and includes boating, fishing, golf, hiking, and nature trails, bicycle trails, as well as snowmobile, cross-country ski, and snowshoe areas. Just 90 miles east of Minneapolis/St. Paul along the I-94 corridor a convenient access to the amenities of a large metropolitan area.
