Missoula, Montana - Providence Medical Group is seeking an excellent licensed clinical psychologist (PsyD or PhD) to join our collegial team at the Montana Spine & Pain Center located at St. Patrick Hospital. Training in pain processes and experience in treating chronic pain patients is required. Must be comfortable in a leadership role and teaching and counseling patients. Full time position with no call requirements. This role is a critical part of the care team, along with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other health care professionals, working together according to the principles of the patient-centered medical home. The Montana Spine & Pain Center is a multidisciplinary specialty clinic that evaluates and treats painful conditions affecting the bones, joints and muscles. Our team includes health care providers specializing in osteopathic medicine, interventional pain medicine, physical medicine, orthopedic medicine, behavioral medicine, neuropsychology and pharmacology. We work closely with patients and their primary care physicians to evaluate specific problem on an individual basis. We then collaborate as a team to find the best treatment options for the patient.
