Rheumatology - Fort Collins

We are seeking a BC/BE Rheumatology physician to join Colorado Health Medical Group.  We have a physician group in northern Colorado seeking a partner to join them and start a practice in Ft. Collins.

• General outpatient rheumatology practice caring for patients in northern Colorado.
• Join three other physicians
• Physician will see patients four and one-half days each week. 
• Physician will have an infusion lab available to them
• Diagnostic center conveniently located to office
• Call requirements are phone call only. Physicians take call a week at a time – 1:4
