Internal Medicine - Fort Collins

We are recruiting a full time BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to join Colorado Health Medical Group. We have a physician group in Ft. Collins, Colorado seeking a partner to join them.

• Busy outpatient internal medicine practice in a multispecialty clinic setting seeing young adults to geriatrics.
• Join two internists and two physician assistants
• Physician will have a turn-key practice with over 1600 active patients in the panel; physician will see patients four days each week
• Practice is open to physicians doing minor procedures
• Diagnostic center and urgent care clinic conveniently located near clinic
• Call requirements are phone call only: 1:10 weekday nights and 1:8 weekends
