Looking to get closer to a dream retirement location?  Radiation Oncologist needed for Gulf Coast Cancer Centers, Brewton, Alabama to provide professional radiation oncology services.  The US Oncology Network affiliated practice is a free-standing clinic providing radiation services to patients in a 60-mile radius of Brewton, inclusive of the city and surrounding Brewton area, areas south to Pensacola, Florida, Atmore to the west and Monroeville to its north.  Gulf Coast Cancer Centers has been a highly regarded and trusted provider of oncology services in the Brewton area for over 20 years, with a network of established referral sources.  The clinic is staffed with ARRT certified personnel, CMD’s and physics as well as a physician marketing liaison to support clinic growth.  Operating three free-standing offices in the eastern Gulf Coast area, Gulf Coast Cancer Centers offers comprehensive radiation therapy utilizing a Varian linear accelerator with 3D-CRT, IMRT, IGRT, and SBRT capabilities. We use the Eclipse treatment planning system and Aria with upgrade to Aria 15.5 planned for installation in 2019.  We are looking for a well-rounded, experienced candidate capable of managing patients with a wide variety of diagnoses, for a full-time commitment to the clinic.  Physicians with a current, transferable, active practice Tax ID Number and established managed care contracts with national providers would be preferred, but not mandatory.
