Job Details

A Top Regional Level 1 Trauma Center in Eastern Tennessee is seeking a Chief Intensivist to lead and direct their Critical Care Team surrounded by the Appalachian Mountains!

Ideal Candidate:
  • Board Certified in Critical Care strongly preferred
  • 3 years inpatient Critical Care experience 
  • Demonstrated progressive leadership
  • Ability to motivate team through vision and program development
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across acute care departments
  • Ability to develop progressive services including ECMO
  • Maintain a regular schedule of shifts in ICU
Practice Details:
  • Lead an established team of Intensivists
  • Full support staff; Nurse Practitioners, RNs, & Techs
  • EMR-EPIC
  • No Call - 24/7 Physician coverage on site
  • Average Daily Census 8-10 patients per Physician
