The Columbia University Medical Center Palliative Care Service is seeking a full-time faculty physician for the role of clinical-educator in our Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship program. This faculty attending position includes direct patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, teaching, and supervision of Fellow, Residents, and Medical Students, scholarly work, and clinical leadership with the program.

Minimum Qualifications: MD or equivalent medical professional degree. Candidate must be board certified or board eligible in internal Hospice and Palliative Medicine, and must be eligible to practice in the State of New York. Candidates should have a strong clinical and teaching qualification, Palliative Medicine Fellowship training, have exemplary communication and leadership skills.
