Job Details
Virginia Family Practice Physician Locums Opening
Required BC with ABFM only
Must be comfortable with PEDS, Geriatrics, and chronic disease management
Will consider non Virginia state licensed providers - if they can obtain license by end of credentialing
Schedule ASAP - Ongoing
Monday-Friday 8a-5p, with 1-2 Saturdays per month covering Acute Care Clinic patients.
Call: 1:4 will include some Pediatric calls
Prefer provider to be comfortable with knee injections
Prefer provider comfortable with minor sutures - No Faces and no major sutures
EPIC EMR
Number of exam rooms: 2 rooms open for each provider minimum or up to 3
Credentialing time frame: 90 - 120 days
Current Staff: 3 full time physicians, 1 part-time physician and 5 mid-levels on staff
