BOARD CERTIFIED NEPHROLOGIST, KINGS COUNTY HOSPITAL CENTER, BROOKLYN, NY

Seeking a Board Certified Nephrologist to join our academic group based at Kings County Hospital/University Hospital of Brooklyn. The Division of Nephrology is acclaimed for our clinical, educational, research activities, and innovative programs. The combined nephrology group sees patients at both Kings County Hospital and the University Hospital of Brooklyn in various settings including hospital consults, renal transplant service, nephrology clinic, outpatient hemodialysis, interventional nephrology, and home dialysis clinic. The position comes with a faculty appointment at the State University of New York Downstate. Teaching responsibilities include both didactic and clinical teaching of medical students, residents, and nephrology fellows. Candidates are expected to participate in clinical responsibilities including inpatient consultation, dialysis, and clinic coverage.
