Central Florida Hepatology & Gastroenterology is seeking a dynamic and energetic, board certified Gastroenterologist to join their busy, established practice within our tertiary facility in Orlando, Florida. Ideal candidate should practice all aspects of Gastroenterology and be able to handle a high-volume case load. Daily work schedule will include inpatient rounding/procedures with support from the medical team. The candidate can also expect advanced practice provider (ARNP) support seven days a week and after-hour/weekend call shared amongst the group of six providers. Active Florida license is a plus. Candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills and have a desire to build and foster collegial relationships with community-based physicians.

Requirements: Board Certification by the American Board of Gastroenterology

Florida Hospital Orlando is our 1,289-bed tertiary facility with close to 160 ICU beds. Also part of Florida Hospital Orlando, is our robust multi-organ transplant program. Established in 2007, the Liver Transplant program has transplanted more than 574 patients and continues to grow every year. Florida Hospital also owns and operates the TransLife Organ Procurement Organization which recovers an average of 100 deceased donor livers annually. Our team of hepatologists, liver transplant surgeons, interventional radiologists, liver pathologists, gastroenterologists, nephrologists, and medical oncologists, among other specialists, combine their expertise to provide seamless integrated patient care.
