Emergency Medicine Physician

Trinity Health Of New England, the region's largest nonprofit health system, is seeking BC/BE Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our dedicated team at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center at Hartford, CT. 

The Saint Francis Emergency Department opened in 2011.  Our department is over 50,000 square feet with 70+ beds.  We are a tertiary-care trauma center (Level II), seeing over 93,000 patients a year.  We are the central institution and referral center for Trinity Health Of New England.  We are an ACS-recognized Trauma Center and certified by the Joint Commission as a regional stroke center. We are a major teaching partner for both the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and the Frank H Netter MD School of Medicine. Our physicians teach residents of many specialties (including EM) as well as work with upper level medical students.   Faculty appointments are available through both medical schools.  Part of Trinity Health's and Saint Francis Hospital's mission is serving the diverse community of the greater Hartford region.
