RWJBarnabas Health Seeking fellowship-trained Geriatricians to join our Medical Group in New Jersey

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a fellowship -trained Geriatricians to join our medical group!  We are currently recruiting for busy geriatric practices in two locations in New Jersey–

1. Livingston, NJ –The position is a full-time role, with inpatient, outpatient, and teaching responsibilities.  Candidates must also be comfortable working within the acute-care and post-acute facilities.  Join well-established team of two physicians and one APN in a convenient and modern location. Just outside NYC, this position based in Livingston, NJ, is near top-notch schools and beautiful suburban neighborhoods.
2. Manchester, NJ – Join new medical group practice in the Shore Region with clinical work balanced between inpatient, outpatient and post-acute facilities.  Longer term this practice will relocate to brand new location in central NJ.  Extremely desirable location in the beautiful Jersey Shore!

Applicants must be NJ licensed or eligible for licensure in NJ, Board-Certified in Internal Medicine, and Fellowship-trained in Geriatrics.  Ideal candidates will also have a strong interest in improving transitions of care.
