Geriatric Medicine Physician

Position Description

Seattle, Washington - Seeking a BC/BE Geriatric Medicine physician. Per Diem position. Excellent compensation. Ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience and be willing to travel to multiple skilled nursing facilities. Swedish Medical Group’s Residential Care Team is committed to delivering the highest quality care for our frail and vulnerable patients in an interdisciplinary model where physicians work closely with nurse practitioners. Care focuses on post-hospital patients during their rehab stays in our partner transitional care units, as well as primary care for residents and long-stay patients living in retirement communities in both independent and assisted living settings.
