- 4 day work week with flexible hours
- Outpatient position in Federally qualified health center
- Work with collaborative of Psychiatrists, Social Workers, and licensed alcohol and drug counselors
- Full EMR
- Competitive salary , matching retirement plan, 4 weeks vacation, malpractice, up to $10k relocation
- Located in central Vermont, close to Killington ski resort. 60 miles from Burlington and 2 hours to Albany
