TriHealth is seeking a Family Medicine physician interested in leading the effort to deliver direct care to employees in a new Patient Centered Medical Home facility at the General Electric Family Wellness Center here in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Pioneering a new approach

A partnership between TriHealth and GE Aviation, the GE Family Wellness Center features an innovative, state-of-the-art facility that provides comprehensive, whole person, coordinated occupational and primary care along with Pharmacy services through enhanced access and patient engagement. This PCMH care model, organized around the patient, the patient's family and referring physicians, guides the Center's development, demonstrating how health care providers and businesses can work together in an effort to improve the health, wellness and convenience for a company's greatest asset—its team members—all under one roof.

Redefining health care delivery, TOGETHER

The GE Family Wellness Center was established to be the health care home base for local GE team members and their families. They will experience high-quality care in a setting that is easy to use and be connected to integrated care through the convenience of on-site resources that include:

• Pharmacy services and consultation with Pre-Authorization available

• Dietitian health coaching

• Physical Therapy

• Massage Therapy

• "Exercise is Medicine" with professional personal trainers

• Mental Health services including Psychiatrists, Social Workers/EAP

• Dermatology, Gynecology, Orthopedic Surgery specialists
