- Team of 30 providers in progressive federally qualified health center serving 18,000 patients
- Total outpatient
- Full or part time
- Full time providers see 14-18 patients per day
- Teaching option with Quinnipiac Medical Students and Yale Residents
- Epic EMR
- Benefits include health, dental, CME, Retirement, generous PTO
- Located on the Connecticut seacoast, 2 hours from NYC and 35 miles from Hartford
- Spanish fluency helpful, but not required
