ACLS, PALS, BLS required (ATLS preferred but not required)
Schedule ASAP - July 2018
7a-7p and 7p-7a
All providers must be available for at least 6 shifts per month
Annual Volume: 11,600 Trauma level designation: NA
Number of hospital: 49 ED beds: checking
Credentialing Time frame: temps available
Name of EMR system: Veedis
Will NOT license while credentialing
