Medicus Healthcare Solutions has an opportunity for a skilled Psychiatrist to provide coverage for a well-established client in southern coastal Florida. Our client is willing to work around your availability offering flexible scheduling options. If you do not currently have an FL license but are interested, please contact us and we can facilitate this process for you.

Summary:

• Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday; 8:00am-5:00pm or 5-days per week with 6-hour days
• Weeknight call; 5-6 calls per night
• Patient type: Adult
• Census: 18 with 3-4 admissions/discharges per day
• 99% Involuntary Baker Acts - mix of everything
• 4-6 consults in ED with shared medical floors
• No H&P's
• EMR: Meditech

• Active FL license
