BANNER HEALTH, one of the country’s premier, nonprofit health care networks and BANNER MEDICAL GROUP (BMG), Banner Health's employed physician group, with more than 1,500 physicians and advance practice providers, has an employed opportunity for a BC/BE Interventional Pain Physiatrist with a Pain Medicine Fellowship or equivalent experience to join us in beautiful Fort Collins, CO.

The physician hired will be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary approach to chronic and medical pain management providing care to a growing patient base. In addition, this practice represents a unique opportunity to be involved in developing a comprehensive Spine Care Program in conjunction with Banner Health Neurological Surgeons.

Work Schedule:

• Outpatient services (Monday through Friday)
• No call
• No evenings
• No weekends
