Job Details
A California-based medical center is currently seeking a gastroenterology physician to assist with locum tenens coverage. The assignment schedule is 7 am to 5 pm, Monday - Friday, with weekend call. You will see 10 - 15 patients per day. The covering physician must be board certified or board eligible. The assignment requirements include general GI and ERCP procedures. There will be enough time to obtain a CA state license before this assignment begins--any interested physician can apply. You need to be comfortable with EMR charting, and the facility uses Cerner. Locum tenens physicians will help solve the demand challenges facing hospitals and their patients for decades to come.
- BC/BE required
- 7 am to 5 pm, Monday - Friday

- One week of coverage per month
