BC Cardiologists

The University of Wisconsin-Madison Department of Medicine, Division of Cardiovascular Medicine seeks applications for BC Cardiologists with extensive experience in Adult Congenital Heart Disease to join a dynamic academic program, with opportunities to attend in a unique clinical practice and engage in teaching and clinical research at a world-class university. The Adult Congenital Heart Disease Program at UW Madison is staffed by leaders in the field of clinical care and research. UW Madison offers the full spectrum of cardiovascular services including outstanding clinical facilities, state-of-the-art imaging capabilities, cardiac MRI, interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, cardiac transplantation, pulmonary hypertension, and mechanical device implantation. Our team practice includes three congenital heart surgeons and a maternal/fetal medicine program. Our campus provides for a robust collaboration with the adult University Hospital and the pediatric American Family Children’s Hospital. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a strong research program given the support at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

The position will entail a presence at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics locations in Madison. The candidate will be BC in internal medicine-cardiology and have completed subspecialty fellowship training, or extensive experience in adult congenital heart disease; a strong clinical background with demonstrated excellence in patient care and teaching; and a commitment to scholarly achievement.
