A hospital in Oklahoma is looking for a general surgeon who can provide locum tenens coverage for approximately three months starting in late June. On a typical day, the provider will see between 20 and 25 patients of all ages for upper and lower endoscopies, lesions, and all general surgery cases. This is a full-time position requiring the locum to work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. plus 24-hour weekend call. This facility uses the Cerner EMR and will provide training.
