PHYSICIAN (ACADEMIC THERAPEUTIC ENDOSCOPY)

The Hunter Holmes McGuire Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Richmond, Virginia is seeking an academic therapeutic endoscopist to join the Medical Service/Gastroenterology Section. The successful candidate should be BC/BE, have strong expertise in clinical research and teaching, an advanced degree in epidemiology, training in advanced therapeutic endoscopy (ERCP, EUS, EMR, ESD, POEM, cryo-ablation, bariatric balloon, confocal endomicroscopy), expertise in motility (esophageal manometry, 24-h pH, Bravo and impedance), and expertise in capsule endoscopy. Candidate should be eligible for academic appointment at the Assistant/Associate level at the Medical College of Virginia of Virginia Commonwealth University.
