A clinic in California is looking for a family practice physician who can provide locum tenens coverage for three months from the end of February to the beginning of June. On the job, the provider will be expected to see cases related to basic outpatient primary care, colds, coughs, diabetes, hypertension, some gynecology, some pain management, and physicals. On a typical day, the locum will see between 18 and 20 patients of all ages. This is a full-time position requiring the provider to work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This facility uses the eClinicalWorks EMR and will provide training.
