A hospital in New York needs a psychiatrist who can provide locum tenens coverage for approximately three months from mid-May to August with a possible extension. On a typical day, the locum will see 10 adult patients for general inpatient cases including depression, substance abuse, and psychosis. This is a full-time position requiring the provider to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. plus call coverage one day a week and one weekend a month. This facility uses the Epic EMR and will provide training.
