A clinic in California needs an internal medicine physician who can provide locum tenens coverage for approximately six months from mid-May (or as soon as credentialed) to mid-November with a possible extension. On the job, the provider will be responsible for overseeing residents and seeing patients for chronic care, rural health, cold, cough, flu, complex cases, Medicare, medication refills, and multidisease. This is a full-time position requiring the locum to work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This facility uses the Epic EMR.
