Medical Director Hospice

Portland, Oregon - We are seeking an outstanding Hospice physician with strong clinical skills and an interest in program leadership to join our practice as we expand to meet growing regional demand in the Portland metropolitan area and Southern Oregon. This position provides clinical expertise and leadership to the interdisciplinary team made up of physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, chaplains, social workers and other team members providing physical care as well as emotional, social and spiritual support for patients, families and caregivers. This position is essential in the growth and outreach of the program, serving on the Hospice Medical Staff and Hospice Leadership Team, as well as oversight of medical staff practice. The Oregon Region Hospice Program is responsible for medical direction and oversight of hospice services throughout the region''s ministries including care provided in home settings, ICFs, assisted living facilities, and acute care facilities.
