Texas Oncology is looking to hire a highly qualified board certified Hematologist Oncologist that will specialize in Urologic Cancers for the San Antonio Medical Center office.  This physician will also have an opportunity to be a co-chair for the US Oncology Research Committee.  Even though this is a private practice opportunity, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in treating urologic cancers in an academic setting.  Texas Oncology is part of the US Oncology Network, the nation’s largest network of community based cancer centers.  This position is located in a comprehensive cancer center with nine Hematologist/Oncologists, three Gynecologic Oncologists and one Radiation Oncologist.  In addition, Texas Oncology offers a competitive starting salary with a partnership track and a complete benefits package including an expense account, malpractice insurance, health/dental coverage, time off for CME and relocation assistance.
