Candidates should have five years of academic and leadership experience and a strong desire to teach learners at different levels (respiratory care students, medical students and residents)
- Academic or leadership background which would facilitate developing a Pulmonary or Pulmonary/Critical Care fellowship program.
- To help grow a clinical research program allowing for participation of students and residents/fellows.
- Desire to remain in the organization for an extended time and grow clinical services which enhance local tertiary care for our rural population.
- Guthrie supports the latest technology, including EMR.
