Click the Gold Seal to see The Joint Commission's Quality Report for Landstuhl Regional Medical Center and its outlying health clinics in Germany, Belgium and Italy.

BMEDDAC provides the command and control for an ambulatory network of seven primary care health clinics throughout Bavaria that, combined, support over 40,000 Soldiers and Family Members in the Grafenwoehr, Hohenfels, Illesheim, Katterbach, and Vilseck communities.

The clinics are out-patient primary care or ambulatory clinics and are capable of providing urgent care, routine care, and wellness examinations.  Ambulatory care is defined as medical services that are provided as an out-patient.  Services include diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation.  The health clinics do provide some special resources such as physical therapy, optometry, audiology, and behavioral health.

Resources are shared in the BMEDDAC footprint.  When Soldiers are redeployed, providers and staff are often rerouted to the redeploying community to help the returning Soldiers during the reintegration period.
