Mercy Medical Center in Springfield, Massachusetts—a member of Trinity Health Of New England, the region's largest nonprofit health system—is seeking a BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon with training or interest in total joint reconstruction to join our orthopedic team at the Orthopedic Care Center.

In this full-time position, you will be the face of Mercy's arthroplasty program, working with OR and hospital leadership to drive our Total Joint Replacement Program. This is a high-volume practice with excellent clinical support, including 24/7 hospitalist physicians who assist with perioperative care and dedicated physician assistants who provide support in the hospital and the clinic. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to expand and build market share and to explore additional elective practice opportunities. This is a fully-dedicated orthopedic opportunity that does not require any ED call.
