A Missouri-based medical facility is currently seeking a hospitalist to assist with locum tenens coverage. They are looking for someone that can provide ongoing coverage. The shifts times are from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Locum tenens physician will see an average of 16 to 18 patients during the day, and 7 to 8 admissions at night. Basic ventilation management and intubarions will be required. All specialty backup is available and mid-levels are on staff during the day. Assistance with hospital privileges will be provided.
