A facility in Georgia needs a pain management physician who can provide locum tenens coverage for two months from the beginning of April to the end of May. On the job, the provider will be tasked with doing pain management, interventional pain management, opiate therapy, and induction therapy for patients with chronic pain. On a typical day, the locum can expect to see between 25 and 30 adult patients. The provider will work Monday or Wednesday or possibly both days from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. This facility uses the Nextgen EMR.
