The Department of Community Internal Medicine at Cleveland Clinic is seeking board certified/eligible Internal Medicine Physicians for outpatient positions in our community-based practice sites located throughout Northeast Ohio.

The department provides outstanding preventative, acute and chronic disease care for adults in settings that are conveniently located and patient-focused. Our practices are recognized as Patient Centered Medical Homes, and feature a team-based approach to optimize patient care and satisfaction. In keeping with Cleveland Clinic's values, focus is also placed on our educational mission. Our staff physicians are extremely active in teaching both residents and medical students. Opportunities for leadership development and participation in practice-based research are also available.
