The incumbent serves as the Assistant Director, Division of Public Health, with full responsibility for supervision, planning, development, organization, integration, and evaluation of the following service unit-wide departments and programs: Population Health Analytics, Diabetes Services and Adolescent and School Health Services. CSU serves more that 37,000 active users in the central portion of the Navajo Nation. The position is located in the Chinle Service Unit (CSU), Division of Public Health.
